How to Make Ribbon Roses

You will need:


 Take a 30-46cm length of satin ribbon (I used a 2cm wide ribbon) and fold it in half at right angles (see below). The longer the piece of ribbon, the bigger your rose will be.



Fold alternate sides until the ribbon is stacked up into a pile of folds





Carefully hold the two pieces of ribbon; gently pull one piece only while gripping the other firmly so the riboon bunches into a rose shape




Glue or sew together to hold the ribbon in place





Trim the ends of the ribbon so they don't fray

I decorated the rose by sticking on a rhinestone jewel with a hot glue gun
